Acceptance of Agreement

By using our services you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement"). You understand that participating lenders may keep your application information, whether or not you are qualified for a loan with them. By accessing or using the services, you indicate your assent to be bound by this terms of service agreement (hereinafter called "agreement"), and your acknowledgment and acceptance of its terms.

MyEasyPayday.com reserves the right to change any information, features and/or functions of the referral service without prior notice. MyEasyPayday.com reserves the right to deny you access to all or part of the services without prior notice. It specifically disclaims any responsibility for any errors or delays in providing the referral services caused by errors in any of the application information provided by you or by any technical problems beyond its control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "AS IS", without any kind of warranty. Neither MyEasyPayday.com nor any of its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, successors, assigns, content or service providers will be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the services, or inability to gain access to or use the services. Class action

You agree, to the extent permitted by law, that you will not bring, join, or participate in any class action or multi-plaintiff action as to any claim, dispute, or controversy you may have against MyEasyPayday.com. Arbitration

Notwithstanding any other provisions in this agreement, you agree that any claim, dispute or issue whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the services or this agreement or any prior or future agreement between the parties, including any issue regarding advertising, promotion or any oral or written statement or the absence thereof, and/or the relationship between the parties may, upon election by MyEasyPayday.com, be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Act, RSBC 1996, C.55, as amended, (the `Act`). Any such controversy or claim must be arbitrated on an individual basis, and must not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. You agree that MyEasyPayday.com has the sole right to choose a jurisdiction where the arbitration will be conducted.

Our right to change

Myeasypayday.com may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on its website. Except as stated below, all amended terms are automatically effective immediately, upon posting. This agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a written document signed by you and Myeasypayday.com. This agreement was last revised on March 22nd, 2009.
